  • Abstract
    mcplotgl is a dedicated plotting package which establishes ready access to meaningful visualizations of the volumes of data generated by the DAMOCLES Monte Carlo device simulation program. The capabilities of mcplotgl are discussed and typical example images based upon Si n-MOSFET simulation are presented.<>
