  • Abstract
    This paper briefly analyses the various factors which may cause the cell´s emf increasing or decreasing. The different method to predict the emf stability of 1-2 ppm high precision standard cells has been described here. Experimental results have shown that among these methods the emf hysteresis effect test method recommended in GB3929-83 is most valuable.
