  • Abstract
A new concept of simulation investigations for continuous industrial processes using a cybernetic approach is presented in the paper. This approach treats a simulation experiment as a kind of control of the mathematical model of the considered process. The proposed approach introducing some cognitive and conceptive aspects to the theory of simulation is principally useful-because it will be helpful for an easy and intelligible preparation of computer programs for simulation, and next enables the simulation experiments to be carried out easily. The approach presented in the paper is designed for use in the simulation (including the real-time simulation) of industrial processes but some concepts can be useful in other simulation investigations
