Abstract
The workflow system exists in many widely-used geographic information system and it is important to meet users requirements on quality of service flexibly. So it become a key problem that how construct spatial information workflow platform and how scheduling workflow base on spatial information intelligently. This paper proposes a workflow scheduling algorithm based on fuzzy theory which can evaluate the uncertain spatial information and the fuzzy information of the workflow instance context, and offer an intelligent schedule so as to organize and assign resource more effectively around the userspsila demand. This algorithm has been applied successfully in the new GIS platform-MapGIS 7.0.
