Abstract
In this paper, the white-light supercontinuum source was employed to perform sequential confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) of multiple-labelled guinea pig detrusor. The broad-bandwith output was easily manipulated using a simple grating structure to provide the wavelength ranges closely matching the absorption profiles of the desired fluorophores. To ascertain the effect of the noise fluctuations on the resultant CLSM image, intensity correlations of both the Ti:sapphire platform laser and the white-light supercontinuum are presented
