Abstract

With the popularization of electronic payment, security issues have become the key problem of affecting its healthy development. To solve the problem of the pay for safety, e-commerce is proposed based on the new mode of "mobile phone bound" (GPS). The mode of electronic payment reduced the defects existing. It improved trade information privacy, unforgivable and undeniable sexual features in safety, and it also greatly reducing the transaction risks.
