    The index design for local government performance evaluation from the perspective of data mining is of great significance in theory and practice. This innovative concept and technology can improve the reliability and validity of government performance index system design. The innovation process could focus on the general strategy and development idea, meanwhile, grasp the index design methods of research and the specific content.
