Development of Performance Evaluation Index System about China´s Public Rental Housing Project

Public rental housing in China coming so late, and since its emerge, it has been the favorite of government, common people, News and Media. As a representative public project, its project approval has been taken seriously. However, considering about the performance evaluation, it lags far away. This thesis is based on performance evaluation. Survey the current conditions of public rent building construction in China, and pointing out the fact that the development of public rental housing is followed by hidden troubles due to the lack of performance evaluation. Then analyze its necessity of the performance appraisal. Finally try to design the performance evaluation system of public rental housing project, hoping to make contribution to public rental housing.
