Abstract
Data conflicts caused by inconsistency usually occur among multiple autonomous systems. This paper introduces the attributes-oriented approach for data synchronization, which resolves the data conflicts by setting and comparing the predefined confidence values for different data sources of both the master data and the business data. With the given case successfully implemented in the field of labor and social security administration, this approach is proved to be applicable with less amount of swapping data and no manual intervention.
