  • Abstract
    A sensitivity function Is utilized to analyze the capacitance errors due to surface irregularitles on the electrodes of a Lampard-Thompson calculable cross-capacitor. With this function the property of compensation of the mean of the two cross-capacitances is verifled also for non cylindrical irregularities and the possibility to compute corrections terms dependent on the position of the moving electrode is shown.
