Abstract
The notion of fuzzy sets was introduced by L.A.Zadeh and was extended to intuitionistic fuzzy subsets by K.Atanassov. The notions of fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces were introduced and studied by C.L.Chang, D. Coker, K.Hur et.al. The notion of induced topology on fuzzy singletons has been introduced and it has been extended to the induced topology on intuitionistic fuzzy singletons by V. Lakshmana et al.. The notion of fuzzy subgroups was introduced by A.Rosenfeld. The notion of intuitionistic fuzzy subgroups was studied by K.Hur and et.al. The notion of translation invariant topology in fuzzy topological spaces was studied by A.K.Katsaras. In image processing, translation invariantness plays a vital role. In this paper, a new notion of intuitionistic fuzzy translation invariantness is introduced and the relation between the existing notion of translation invariantness is studied. The properties of intuitionistic fuzzy translation invariant topological spaces have also been studied.
