Abstract
On the basis of the physical optics method there are developed an algorithm and computer program for analyzing symmetrical and unsymmetrical reflector antennas. A reflector surface is defined as a curve of the second order with an additional parameter a change of which allows one to describe reflectors with paraboloidal and spherical surfaces (including those intermediate between them). It is is shown that choosing reflector surface forms may provide appropriate gain-values for multi-beam and scanning reflector antennas over a wider sector of angles
