Abstract
In this paper, the authors analyze the static/kinetic processes of the collision ESD process and it´s radiated impulsive fields. They confirm that the collision ESD physics contain all of the following three elements: (1) dynamic and unipolar charging process of floating metal objects; (2) relative movement of the metal object(s) and a collision with each other; (3) strong, unipolar and ultra broad-band impulse radiation from the metal objects on the moving axis at the time of ESD occurrence
