Abstract
Innovation technology adoption is a kind of decision process of technology innovation diffusion based on heterogeneous adopter under specific situation. The concept of "enterprise energy" is proposed to name the dynamic factors which have impact on innovation technology adoption, multi-factors energy model of adoption as well as the evaluation system is also established. With BP (back propagation) algorithm, quantitative analysis of examples in gene chip manufacture demonstrate the proposed energy model can solve the problem of omitting and weighting of dynamic factors in decision evaluation.
