Abstract
With advantages of high sensitivity, small size, and easy integration, HTc rf SQUID magnetic sensor is important means of weak magnetic signal detection and reception including bio-magnetic measurements, nondestructive testing, and geophysical exploration. To improve the measurement accuracy, calibration of HTc rf SQUID sensors is necessary. Due to the different principles, the calibration method of HTc rf SQUID magnetic sensor is not the same as that of the other conventional magnetic sensors. Relying on laboratory conditions, we conduct the HTc SQUID magnetic sensor calibration and study the calibration method suitable to the HTc rf SQUID magnetic sensor.
