  • Abstract
    A WCDMA analog baseband made by 10b I+Q ADCs and DACs with filters is designed at 1.05V supply and in a 65nm digital CMOS process to be embedded in a modem and multimedia processor. Total power consumption and active area, including reference buffers, are 10.2mW and 1.22 mm2, respectively.
