Abstract
The author discusses some fairly advanced theories on study that are very appropriate for technical training programs. He promotes an individual study-type training program. It is concluded that, because of the different rates of assimilation, aptitudes, and backgrounds of trainees, this is a most appropriate method for training. The factors most important to successful training in a technical area are given
