Research on Form Development of Bourg Housing: Taking Central and Southern Shaanxi in China for Example

Morphological property and development level of bourg housing at present were obtained through investigation and analysis at typical bourgs in central and southern Shaanxi in China. It was discovered that morphological property and development level of bourg housing in different regions were with dissimilar characteristics, which were influenced synthetically by natural factor, social factor, and needs of residents, among which the natural climatic condition, the income as well as the outside influence factors occupied the leadership. In addition, some suggestions are proposed for current issues existing in bourg housing development, for the purpose of providing research basis for renewal of the Bourg housing under similar social and natural conditions, and making it develop toward green and energy-saving directions.
