  • Abstract
    In this paper, we apply a neuro-fuzzy network for simulating MOSFETs. The training data was obtained by various simulations in PSPICE. Comparison between PSPICE simulation and the implemented method indicated that the neuro-fuzzy network is a suitable model to be incorporated in spice-like simulators for MOSFET simulations and it would be a good replacement for sub-circuits which their simulations using complicated mathematical models are too time consuming.
