Abstract
China\´s national economy will soon face "a low-carbon economy" historic opportunity for the new situation. So it is very important to synthetically use coal bed methane in "three soft" mine areas. According to research results and practical work experience, the author discusses the characteristics of argillization, compression fracture and sucking technique of soft coal with low permeability. It is clearly pointed out that the gas can be highly effectively sucked only by compression fracture along inter-seams crack belt.
