Abstract
The construction of intelligent mobile phone coal mine production and safety-monitoring system is based on the various existing safety-monitoring systems, for instance the coal mine gas-monitoring system etc, and coal mine production management system already in use in the coal mine. It makes use of intelligent phone as a platform and realizes its functions of safety monitor and production control by the surveillance of the data threshold of these existing systems and extracting correlative data, transferring alarm information timely to the safety and managerial staff in form of SMS. So it can be said that this system provides the managerial staff ´a mobile production and safety control center´ which enables the users to get the production and safety information at hand anywhere and anytime.
