Abstract
In nuclear power plant, pipeline safety is essential to the safe operation of nuclear reactor. According to the operational characteristics and the environment where nuclear pipelines are situated, a proposal on leakage detection and location of nuclear pipelines is given, which depends on the combination negative pressure wave method with wavelet transform. The negative pressure wave method is possessed of high sensitivity and accuracy. Establishment of the real-time leakage detection system for nuclear pipeline can detect leakage location timely and accurately and then can avoid the occurrence of the nuclear accidents in maximum limit. The proposal is important for safety and economic operation of nuclear power plant and environmental protection.
