  • Abstract
In order to measure the pulsed magnetic field, a pulsed magnetic field measurement system was developed in this paper, using a sensor called GMR. The output signals of this system were acquired and stored with an oscilloscope. The pulsed magnetic field measurement system was verified by experiments, with the pulsed magnetic field generated by the lightning pulsed magnetic field simulator. The results show that the system has some advantages such as simple structure, small size, high measurement accuracy and wide response frequency band. It not only can effectively measure the pulsed magnetic field, but also has the ability to measure the static or slowly varying magnetic field such as geomagnetic field.
