ICCES´07 is the third scientific gathering organized by the Computer Engineering and Systems Department at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. Welcoming you among us is the summit of twelve months of challenging preparations. Talking numbers, hundred twenty six (126) papers from nineteen (19) countries were accepted for refereeing. Based on the reviewers´ decisions, eighty three (83) papers were preliminarily accepted, which is 65.87%. Finally, sixty nine (69) papers from fourteen (14) countries are to come under light through seventeen (17) sessions that cover eleven (11) topics. Three (3) plenary talks on hot issues are also to be presented by leading scientists. Our top gratitude and appreciation go to eighty three (83) reviewers from twenty three (23) countries. Due to their care we reached the best quality papers. In addition to their task many of them generously gave supportive hand to resolve conflicting reviews.
