Abstract
In this study, Fe3O4 ferrite oxides with half metallic behavior at Fermi level involved different energy gap in majority and minority spin band due to fully high spin polarization and metallic-insulation property was taken to be an insulating matrix. Our composite Co-Fe3O4 systems were fabricated using combinatorial co-deposition method onto glass substrates. Magnetic properties were analyzed by means of VSM, indicating out-plane coercivity is higher than in-plane coercivity on account of the formation of CoFe oxides compound which has perpendicular anistropy. In summary, the composite Co-Fe3O4 thin film exhibits different conduction behaviors and EM inhibition as Co/Fe ratio varies owing to the peculiar stacking microstructure and intergranule exchange coupling.
