Abstract
In this paper, the effects of Ta & C compositions and process temperature on magnetic and structural properties of FeTaC films, the composition and temperature dependence of magnetic and structural properties of nanocrystalline FeTaxCy (x =7 - 9, y = 10 -18) soft magnetic films annealed at a temperature range of 400 -550degC in vacuum is presented.
