    This paper first puts forward the definition of Financial Intelligence and clarifies the connotation of Intelligent Financial Software, followed by the analysis of the design goal and overall framework of the Intelligent Financial System. In this way, it offers certain theoretical reference for the development of Financial Software in the intelligent aspect.
