  • Abstract
    To reduce the duty of the labor intensity and improve efficiency, the design of light duty auxiliary building video surveillance system, the duty room by the computer monitoring the state of each indicator, to notify the occurrence of duty. WAT-902H2 system hardware uses the camera, OK image acquisition card and computer, software design with VC, according to the brightness of the monitored area to determine the indicator status of information and flicker frequency, in the trials, network cards, switches, and the simulation of light were judgment and flashing light off frequency analysis and determine, when the blinking cycle is greater than 80ms to judge correctly when the state and the cycle, when between 40-80 flashes when the state judge. Different conditions were analyzed and compared.
