Abstract
Interlaboratory comparisons of the SMU 10 V voltage standard based on Josephson effect have been carried out with the BNM/LCIE and the NPL 10 V Josephson standards. The comparison method was indirect using Zener diode references as the travelling standards. The results show agreement between the SMU and the BNM/LCIE calibrations of the Fluke 732 A reference standard 23.5 nV and between the SMU and the NPL calibrations of the Fluke 732 B 55 nV.
