  • Abstract
In this paper, we presented a hardware design example of automobile door with local interconnect network (LIN) bus. The LIN bus based automobile door has follow functions: manual or auto lift and auto lift out the car, auto anti-pinch, enable/disable the lift motor, central controlled door lock, door- controlled top lamp of cockpit, auto unlocking and locking, and so on. In order to improve the anti- pinch ability and realize the sensorless control approach, the multiplexing current sampling technique is used to solve the disadvantages of the traditional grouping current sampling. The multiplexing current sampling and the distance estimation combined method are proposed and the distance estimation algorithm for electric-window driven by DC motor is given. In addition, the power supply circuit and the receiving and sending circuit for the LIN bus controller are presented.
