Abstract
The internet, which is a double-edged sword, has double effects. In this paper, the author describes the influence , which the Internet has made to the development of university students psychology, from different angles including cognitive, behavioral processes, emotional processes and emotional self-awareness. This article also describes the merit of the network learning which has changed college students´ situation. With the help of internet they can make full use of online information resources and create new employment opportunities which enhance their own ability to adapt to the social development.
