Abstract
Three simple logic threshold conversion circuits are proposed. The proposed simple logic threshold conversion circuits can be implemented using normal conventional MOS transistors. Conversion characteristics of the proposed circuit have been confirmed using HSPICE simulations. As a result, the proposed simple logic threshold conversion circuits can linearly and continuously change the logic threshold voltage through a whole range of the supply voltage.
