  • Abstract
It is a tough question for the bottom line employees to participate in innovation under everyone involved in innovation. Based on multi-tasks principal-agent model, the paper analyzes the relationship among the incentive intensity factors of multi-tasks with employee\´s innovate ability; risks attitude and the change rate of marginal cost on the condition of the tasks dependence and independence. Studies show that: when the relationship is negative between incentive intensity factors and employee\´s innovate ability coefficient, The so-called "to exert more pressure on able people" problem revealed, On the contrary, it is better explanation to employee\´s innovative behavior of the traditional companies. This study provides a theoretical support for company to design incentive mechanism to bottom line employees under everyone involved in innovation.
