Abstract
From the generation of the supply chain theory to the collaborative development of SDN (Supply-demand Network), enterprises has never stopped seeking and exploring the optimization of core competitiveness and the total SDN benefits. Especially from the financial crisis of 2008, more and more enterprises find that it is very difficult to obtain success only rely on self-abilities and abandon the collaborative development of cooperators. Based on the study of SDN theory and such supply strategies as lean, agile and leagile, this paper makes systematic analysis of supply strategy driven factors from two aspects of product characteristics and service characteristics. It also researches the effect and mutual relationship between driven factors and supply strategies, logistics strategies, knowledge and information platform of SDN and quality and cost control of total product lifecycle. To make clear of those driven factors and their effect, will give positive guidance to the selection of SDN supply strategy and the collaborative development of every node enterprises of SDN.
