Abstract
This article is about how employees´ moral consciousness affected their counter-productive work behavior. The present paper investigated 227 employees on the relationship between their moral consciousness and counter-productive. The result showed that employees with moral consciousness of high Idealism is less likely to engage in counter-productive work behavior for both organization and individual. However, for employees with moral consciousness of high Relativism, moral consciousness just can predict their counter-productive work behavior for individual, but has little relation with their counter-productive work behavior for organization.
