Abstract
Conflicts between the third-party payment enterprise and bank are increasing gradually, the main conflict is interest, revenue distribution issue seems to be more important. Because of the importance of the market, introducing theoretical framework of service supply chain and enact reasonable revenue distribution plan on that basis, it establishes revenue distribution model through introducing idea and analytical method of modern game theory and researches revenue distribution issue of members in supply chain. Have the conclusions that effort level paid by enterprise members seeking their max profit is proportional to their distribution ratio and is in inverse proportion to their implicit cost ratio square; In order to achieve largest total income of supply chain, each member´s distribution ratio should be proportional to their contribution ratio and in inverse proportion to their implicit cost ratio. It proved practicability of the conclusions from the numerical analysis.
