Empirical Analysis on the Transfer Motivation of Rural Surplus Labor Force Based on the Reconstruction of Todaro Model

This paper mainly discussed the transfer motivation of rural surplus labor forces based on the reconstruction of Todaro Model. The article firstly seperate transferred labor forces into two classes: "development form labor" and "life form labor" according to the income gap between in urban and rural areas, as well as other reasons, and then induced the characteristics of each class through the empirical analysis. Further, this paper judged the realization of development objects by both classes through empirical analysis on a series of development factors\´ variables. This paper also brought forward relative policy suggestions in the last part.
