Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. The hysteretic SIS Josephson array chips at the heart of current Josephson dc voltage calibration systems are known to operate more stably at some microwave frequencies than at others. We report measurements made on the microwave frequency dependence of the chip behaviour and the variation of this dependence over time.
