Research on Manufacturing Technology and Application of Natural Bamboo Fibre

It is introduced that China´s newly developed a new type of natural fiber - the original bamboo fiber. The natural woven processing by the bamboo fabric is eco-friendly, green, natural, etc., and their products bring increasingly ardent attention on industry and social concerns. The article focuses on the natural bamboo fiber manufacturing methods, processes and supporting equipment. The preparation mechanism and research progress of bamboo fiber are analysis. The future-application areas and new products that can be developed are investigated. The main problems to be solved in the bamboo fiber preparation and the main direction of the future are pointed out. In addition, compared with other fibers, the unique advantages and higher economic value-added of the fiber are expounded and broad application prospects are pointed.
