Abstract

The asymmetric information of production cost and the different bargaining power of enterprises in supply chain have significant impacts on operation of enterprises and supply chain. So decentralized supply chain is concerned which include two collusion manufacturers that sell products through common retailer and supposed demand is depended on prices. Behaviors of manufacturers´ misreporting in the cases of manufacturer stackelberg and retail stackelberg are discussed respectively and the impacts of these behaviors on supply chain operation are analyzed. It found manufacturers´ misreporting behavior will lower the efficiency of the supply chain.
