Abstract

The mode of Chinese crew navigational English test has been developed in dispute since unified test was held in January, 1988. Author has referred to widely-recognized typical English test mode at home and abroad horizontally, combining it with the characteristic of navigational English, put forward a preferred mode of navigational English test, then vertically by comparison with the modes of navigational English test under 87rule, 97rule, 04rule, using the method of Delphi and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) to conclude a mode of Chinese crew navigational English test. Then we have had a experiment to confirm it.
