  • Abstract
This paper describes an equalization scheme of an inner chip distortion which is caused by multipath fading on a multi-carrier CDMA system. The proposed equalization scheme uses an auto-regressive process model (AR) and prediction parameters of the AR are obtained by a recursive least square algorithm (RLS). Simulation results of the multi-carrier CDMA system using the inner chip equalizer clarified that the BER is 1.1×10-2 at 20 dB of Eb/N0 under the condition of two multipath fading environments of which the delay time is 2 μsec and the fading frequency is 100 Hz. In the evaluation of the system parameters of the multi-carrier CDMA, the number of subchannels are 16, the data rate is 32 kbps and the spreading ratio is 16
