Based on the related research findings at home and abroad, this paper takes a questionnaire survey to investigate the citizens\´ perception and satisfaction degree of urban greenway. It totally analyzes 260 questionnaires, using SPSS17.0 for data processing. Through factor analysis, the research extract 5 types of the principal component factor of citizens\´ perception from the 12 observation variables of greenway: accessibility, supporting facilities, service facilities, environmental improvement, ecological landscape. Then using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to identify the factors that have significant effects on the citizens\´ satisfaction from the 5 factors, the results are ecological landscape, accessibility and supporting facilities. From the analysis, this paper could find out attributes that the interviewee liked and complained about of greenway, then put forward some specific suggestions to the construction and development of greenway, thus promoting livable urban and rural areas construction and improving the citizens\´ well-being index.
