Evolvement of Life Cycle of Artificial Ecological Recreation Site and Analysis on Its Countermeasure - A Case Study of Chengdu

Theory of life cycle in tourist destination put forward by Butler is a kind of theory describing evolution and change in recreation site, based on this theory, feature and law of life cycle at 2 types of representative artificial ecological recreation site in Chengdu, Huanhuaxi Brook and Sansheng Village, are analyzed, interior and exterior factors influencing change of their life cycle are analyzed, countermeasure to prolong their life cycle is put forward, which has directive signification for future development of recreation site of the same type.
