  • Abstract
    Tourism has become a new industry of China. Scenic spot customer satisfaction degree plays a very important role in the development of tourism industry. How to measure tourists´ satisfaction degree with scientific method? Through analyzing the characteristics of tourism products, the method of gray correlation analysis was selected. The first, the theory of the method was introduced. The second, the four famous scenic spots of Lianyungang were studied using gray correlation analysis. The third, calculation results were described and analyzed. At last, some developing strategies were put forward to provide references for the decision making of the government.
