Abstract

According to the characteristics and the real situation of military equipment maintenance support, the paper analyzes the basic manner and contradiction of forming quality culture of equipment 6σ maintenance. And defines three major factors of forming quality culture as the attention and participation of commander, carrying out managing law, and building and improving the mechanism of rewards and punishment. And builds cellular automata model, adjusts the model by using the basic bet model and weight value. And analyzes and validates the influence and the manner and the object with simulation.
