Abstract
A novel high-precision low-pass switched-capacitor filter was designed for a micro-sensor signal processing system. Different kinds of switches, correlated double sampling technique and high gain operational amplifier were used to decrease output dc gain error and dc offset of switched-capacitor filter, which come from the nonidealities of switch and operational amplifier. Simulation results show that the dc gain error of switched -capacitor filter is approximately 0.0021dB and the dc offset is decreased from 2mV to 23uV.
