Abstract
Dangerous point pre-control management is a branch of safe management. The accident in thermal power construction of china, death accident especially, have predominantly especially phenomenon, because thermal power construction quantities is great, the operation of upper air is many, construction contract is intricate, unsafe factor is man-made, and so on. For weightily improving safe management in the thermal power construction, accident must be kept within limits radically. After the paper analyzing the characteristic of thermal power construction carefully, the system function is showed, and the design goal of the system is confirmed, new system in the aspect of management information is developed. The system mostly makes use of the module of dangerous point management, the module of individual information management, the module of teaching and examination, and the module of safety trend, in order to realize the function of dangerous point query, management and analyses, the function of individual information query and management, the function of inline teaching and inline examination, and the function of safety consultation, mutual intercourse in safety. The system running and indicate that it reaches design request developing and applying expectantly, and enhances the safety of thermal power construction.
