Abstract
Radial pulse analysis using pulse rate variability (PRV) methodology has been implemented. Traditional Indian Medicine - TIM´s perspective of circadian cycle variations, for specific subject has been explored. Radial pulse signals were logged at 2-hrs interval, and analysed for temporal domain variations using PRV technique. Values for time, frequency and non-linear domain parameters computed, have been compared vis-à-vis the TIM interpretable dominant humors expected. Although, consistent variations in parameter values have been observed, however the results are not conclusive in nature. Further work can help establish pointers towards humor identification for realizing low cost diagnostic aid.
