  • Abstract
    This paper proposes and analyzes the stability criterion of furnace flame combustion based on image processing, which uses the maximum criterion of gray scale difference, the distance criterion of gravity center and mass center in the high temperature region and the minimum distance criterion to detect the stability of furnace flame combustion. This research has certain advantages and innovations in function and implementation compared with the detection technology of flame based on the traditional sensor detection and the detection of radiation energy. The combinational judgment of these three criterions, more effectively determines the furnace flame combustion stability and reaches the purpose of the safe operation of the power station boilers.
